Yamaha R1 2000 5JJ Custom Rear end Must See VGC last of the Carbs ! in Fakenham, Norfolk for sale

Hi For Sale is an Yamaha R1 2000 5JJ Model with a custom rear end from a 2005 R1 As you can see from the pics, it really is a 1 off bike, no other like it. It has had a 2005 sub-frame professionally welded to the 2000 main frame, and the 2005 swing-arm fitted with the 2005 rear wheel, sprocket carrier , and 2005 shock. The front end is all from the original 2000 5JJ model, the front fairings etc are the original. The tank has been adapted from the 2000 model to meet up correctly with the seat and sub-frame from the 05 doner bike. The engine is from the 2000 model, so it is the last of the carb models, recently had all the carbs fully balanced, also at the start of this season its had a full oil & filter change. Since owning the bike, i have fitted twin arrow exhaust system, and had the cat removed from the link pipe, so it really does have a nice sound to her. Recently fitted new Pirelli super corsa tyres, these seriously stick to the road ! She was MOT'd early this year with no issues and will sail through another, it runs out March next year. Also i have fitted a steering damper which is a must with these R1's. The bike has been an absolute pleasure to own, always gets looks wherever it goes due to its later rear end, people are always interested in her. Unfortunately i need to fund a mortgage, so she has to go !, i have listed her for what i believe she is worth, again you'll never find another like her, please bear in mind this is a 16 year old bike, so there are the odd age related marks around her, but as you can see, she does polish up well and look good for her age.
